I received my Masala Dabba very quickly and absolutely love it. It allows me to have my most frequently used spices immediately at hand so that I don't have to sort through and open a bunch of bottles. And it is PRETTY! I get lots of compliments. I was so pleased with it that I ordered a second one. I tracked the shipping every day. It got as far as the local USPS distribution center and then it just disappeared.. I contacted the vendor who responded immediately and gave me a full refund. Great customer service! I will definitely order another one if they become available again. I am hoping it is just a supply chain issue.

I did not get a wooden spoon as mentioned and also 1/9 boxes doesn't fit well and hence you loose 1 star. Other than that - this is a great product.

I really like the product but I need to put extra effort in opening the lid. Otherwise, its a very nice product. I use it to store whole spices

I was looking forward to this product and it never arrived. So disappointed.

the manufacturer made no short cuts...very well made from heave wood in wonderful dark color. It was double and tripple secured with bubble rap. The little square spice bowls was also with small carboard box material secure, so they won't slide even a little. The glass lid is a good thickness and the lock is out of metal.
