Q: Are the tops attached to the bottle?

They screw off for filling and cleaning. The larger size is the same but the cord or strap is on the bottle with a plastic ring. The smaller bottles the cord or strap is attached to the lid. I use them for water everyday for myself.

About the height of the Poland springs sports bottle. They’re great. We use them for gym & bedside for water at night. The cap is attached so it’s convenient! You’ll be happy with these. You cannot beat the price either.

I’ve had these for two years, they’re sturdy so if you pick them up without the lid on it doesn’t come squeezing out like a regular water bottle. We love them, they’re pretty much the best bottles I’ve ever bought to have for bedside. A quick hikes/walk, quick shopping. FYI never freeze a water bottle it doesn’t matter what the number is on the bottom! These are BPA free and I believe they were a number 6. I can barely see them because like I said they’re two years old and I use them constantly. The fact that they are reusable that number can be a 4,5 or 6. It the quality & BPA that you need to worry about. Don’t get hung up on the number. If you prefer cold water longer get a metal bottle. These are t for long outings
