Didn't upset my stomach
I have IBS so am always a bit reticent about trying new products, but when a blood test come back hinting at anemia I decided to try these. They are fantastic, didnt irritate or inflame the IBS and have done the job.

Great for Vegans but makes you feel sick
Great for someone like me whose dietary requirements mean I don't get enough Iron or B12 in my system. Been taking it for a long time now on a subscription and I 100% pass iron blood tests when donating blood.HOWEVER!!!!MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULL STOMACH BEFORE TAKING!!!If you are not full enough it makes you very very nauseous and sick!! I have had to go home from work because I felt like I was going to vomit. So take when you eat dinner or lunch.

Only a week in ....
Only a week in, however, it's either psychological or these may have started to work, only time will tell. I can say though, I don't feel tired or dizzy as much, and there are definitely no side effects. No stomach cramps or sickness as some have described.

Benefits difficult to assess.
Like a lot of "Medicines" it is often blind faith that prevails. In this case, the only indication of any change is a change in the colour of my stool!! So I am assuming something is happening. I await any other indications to appear!

I bought supplements for my husband. I noticed that he gain more energy, his mood improved. My husband really liked it.

Don't take them on an empty stomach
I've been taking these supplements for over a month now - I've got lots of energy and and the capsules are fairly easy to swallow. Take one capsule a day and just make sure you take it with a meal (as recommended in the 'directions for use' on the packet). I've taken them on an empty stomach several times before and they made me feel sick about 30 mins after swallowing the capsule.
