We are having SS 8 ft with 5 Rods Cloth Hanger in our utility. Original rope snapped within 24 months time. We were using plastic rope for last 4 years which went bad and hence today dated 21/4/25 we installed the (Synergy Spare Rope for Full Dropdown Ceiling Dryer 30 Feet Polyester Rope) for the first time. Some good things about this rope are as follows: # Rope quality is excellent. # Easy to install. # Looks n feel is elegant. # Durability will be proven with passage of time. # It is obviously much better than Local Market Plastic rope it terms of looks and binding (braiding). Thank you, hoping for a fair lifespan.

Very innovative product.good quality steel and ropes provided.manual gives clear instructions for installation.the pulley is plastic/nylon -dont know about how long it'll last, however,overall sturdiness is very good.

Product quality looks quite good

Been using for past three years. Very sturdy stainless steel rods. To be installed carefully since it is heavy as well. Ropes provided with the product easily stay for two years or more. Only rope change is required as and when you find that it is wearing out. The ropes are also available with the seller as seperate order.

Quality is good but don't trust the provider for installation service. In my case, appointment got rescheduled twice finally I have to rely on someone else to do the installation for me.
