Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch - Classic Rose Gold

Female Review -I love this watch. I receive complements all the time and does what I want it to do. I watched a watch that looked like a real watch could change out the band and is able to track steps, email, calendar, and text, but got so much more. Bought my daughter one for her birthday.Pros:- Looks like a real watch. People are amazed it is a tech watch.- Can change the screen when I want.- Easy to wear and not huge. I was worried it would be huge as I have a small wrist and it does not.- The rose looks very good. I did not get the black or silver as looked like it would be more for a man.- You can buy any type of watch strap. This is important as I can change out to metal or any other strap. No custom plastic or have to measure my wrist. It is a real watch.- Take a Phone Call, Email, Calendar, Music, Text, Tracks Heart Rate and Steps (My Favorite), Weather, News, Video Games (Daughter Program) and more can be done with this watch. You will need wireless headphones, but it is awesome.Cons:- Honestly I do not have any. Thus why my daughter wanted one.Another Note:- My husband has the apple watch and is so jealous of my watch. As the apple watch is a square and does not look like a watch.-

Best smart watch I've ever had. I was stuck between buying this one and the Samsung gear. Both are great watches and reasons as to why I leaned more towards the classic are as follows: 1. The band is more like an every day wear watch. 2. The face size is smaller than the Samsung gear. 3. The appearance of the watch is more every day wear and goes with everything as opposed to more of a "sporty" look that the gear offers. 4. It still has the capability of switching out watch bands, so I'm able to interchange them when I go to the gym. 5. The dial has a better grip on it. 6. The watch face (shown in the picture) is perfect for me at work as I need access to a second hand and the date (profession being: Nurse) 7. Comfortable fitting watch.I'm obsessed with this watch. I never use to like wearing watches as I always had my phone to refer to, but after owning this watch for about 2 weeks now, I can't not wear it. I love that I am able to customize it to my liking and of course all of the features it offers! Highly recommend!!

I bought this because I wanted a combination watch/fitness tracker. I didn't want to use it for email. When it arrived, I couldn't figure out how to use it. I called Samsung, and they said I needed to have an android phone, preferably Samsung. The phone I have didn't appear to be "smart" enough, because I wasn't able to find the icon that Samsung said I needed to download the software to use the watch. They suggested I go to a Samsung store, and someone could help me figure it out.I sent the watch back because I really didn't want to spend time going to a Samsung store, perhaps waiting around, and then maybe getting it to work.From the product description, I got the impression you didn't need a Samsung phone if you didn't want to use the watch for email/phone stuff. Perhaps this was my misunderstanding, I am not sure.Other than that, the watch is attractive. It is a bit large (I have a small wrist), but I think I could have gotten used to it.I decided to buy a Fitbit instead.

Classy, beautiful, and functional. What more could you ask for in a smart watch? Here are the pros and cons that I've found with this watch...Cons:- Hot (but most smart watches are). I live in a hot climate and I'm finding my wrist very sweaty pretty much all the time.- White band (rose gold version) is easily dirtied and the pins to remove the bands are so stiff that I broke a portion of my nail off trying to change from the large to small band- Limited app selection, especially for free apps. There's a good selection, but not near as much as competing watches in the same price point such as the apple watch. Would have been better with an android operating system- Voice to text just doesn't work as it comes. It will just listen and then give you an error. Switched to English (UK) and suddenly it started working, but it mishears a lot of words to the point that it's rarely worth using it unless you are saying something really short.Pros:- Classy look... It looks like a high end regular watch.- Small... It's smaller on my wrist than a lot of smart watches I've seen.- Comes with 2 different bands for different sized wrists- Tons of customizable watch faces. Everything from classy to fun... Watch faces that show you the weather, step count, etc.- Accurate step count (as far as I can tell)- Great battery life. (2-3 days is accurate as long as you do some battery optimization steps)- Easy syncing with my Samsung phone.- Can be used to reply to texts as long as you don't have larger fingers- Voice to text can be handy when it's workingAll in all I love this watch and would buy it again. I did buy a refurbished model that came in pristine condition, but was nearly $100 cheaper than a new one. I probably would not have paid full price for it though.
