This is the Best unboxing EVER! These 12 adenium obesum arrived early and well packed. They are green, healthy and plump! I can't wait to plant them! I took the first two pictures before I cleaned the soil from the roots. The last picture shows some rot that the picker/packer probably didn't see as it was covered with soil. I am so pleased with my order that I don't mind. I'm just going to cut it off and root the top. Excellent plants. Very pleased. Highly recommend. I will probably buy more while they're available. Not a paid review or free item-I'm just so Happy with these desert rose babies!!UPDATE:I sent these back as they all rotted within a few days after receiving. They sent replacements which didn't arrive as quickly as the original order. These ones are a little smaller, have less roots and a lot of the leaves were rotting or rotted. Not a big deal, just pinched them off. It was all the leave on only 2 plants, but that's still a good percentage of healthy plants. I have grown desert rose from seed and these appear to be about 3-6 months old. I am still pleased with my purchase and especially with customer service. I would purchase these again. Great value, healthy plants, a good start with Adenium. Highly Recommend.

For my first order, I thought 12 plants is kind of a lot.. but I really like the plant and if I kill one, I'll have back ups to figure out the best way to care for them. Well, I didn't kill them, but I gave a lot away as gifts! I wound up ordering more to give away while keeping a nice amount for myself.I ordered my plants a little over a year ago. First, they sent extra plants with both orders!! I think both of my orders came with 15 plants which was a super cool bonus. The plants were short but thick and looked adorable. They're easy to grow so it makes for a good gift to gardeners of all skill levels. The first 2 pictures are a few months after I ordered and the 3rd & 4th picture is now, a little over a year after I first got them!! My tallest plant is just over 32" tall and the two in the 3rd picture are about to bloom and you can tell that they are different colors!

I received 10 out of the 12. Not sure how to go about getting the other 2 or credit for it. That aside, the condition of the plants I received were great. Packaged well, no root rot, leaves were really green and pretty full. This is my second order and these plants came in a lot bigger than the first round, and a lot more fuller. Had I received all the plants, this would have definitely been a 5 start review.

I have purchased live plants via mail before and I have been pleased with my purchase. The 9 plants received were no way near like the picture. I received 9 instead of the 12 I paid for. These poor plants were dry and 1/2 dead. I planted them today when they arrived in hopes I can save them. I hope I am lucky enough to save 1 or 2.

I saw the great reviews and had to buy. Did not disappoint. I got a bakers dozen (13) all healthy and green leaves. I planted them in a heavy play sand mix with some potting soil and perlite. All doing well 2 weeks later, still all happy and green leaves.

I was a little disappointed with the purchase because after reviewing the other reviews I expected the plants to be bigger or at least fatter than they are. They are like twigs. I've had them about a month now and they are all still alive but just understand they may not be as fat as the pictures or others pictured in comments.

Despite bouncing around in shipping for over three weeks (for some reason) and having their planting material completely blown off the roots, all 12 plants are happy, healthy and growing quickly
