Does hold up against water wow water drawing
Myself and my daughter are huge fans of the Melissa and Doug water wow books but I really wanted to get a Sesame Street one since my 2.5 year old daughter loves the characters. Well... this is ok. It does the job BUT the water pen is terrible. It has a tiny hole to fill which means you pretty much have to submerge it to fill it which is not practical in most "on the go" situations. I want to be able to just pour in water or drop some in from a straw at a resturant. I couldnt do that with this brush. Not only that, but the flow rate was frustratingly slow. While I suppose that means each picture will take longer to color, it also meant my toddler kept pushing harder and harder which would likely damage the pages if I let her continue. I have since tossed it and will use another water brush from another product instead. Also dissapointing is that there are only three images. While you can do them over and over, it does take time to dry and 3 pages may not be enough to hold a kids interest long.

Very Small
This looks like a great deal however the water color book is very small. I would recommend purchasing items separately for best value. I returned this item.

Fun, well used but leaky
This works okay for the purpose I bought it to let my young toddler have the painting expirence with little mess. My toddler absolutely loves it. However, the water brush pen leaks everywhere, even when I try to do it gently, instead of just a bit of water coming out the tip of the pen. The end is also a bit hard, and not user friendly overall. In the end it keeps my little one entertained and can be reused over and over, so I may consider something similar in the future. We were gifted a similar activity book (Melissa and Doug brand) which has more pages, a more effective water brush and activities, which I feel is better if you're looking for a gift. My little one enjoys both equally.

I forgot how much I paid for this but it should be 2 bucks. Anything more is a rip off. With that said.. I think I got ripped off lol
