Wish I had discovered these years ago!
Perfect for allergy friendly Christmas cookies! It has been a challenge making dough that is gluten free, dairy free and egg free. So when we've made Christmas sugar cookies the last couple of years, the dough cutout perfectly, but blended or melted significantly when baking to where the shapes were unrecognizable. This year I bought 2 of these trays and our cookies were amazing! Size, shape, character...easy to decorate. Worth the money!

Perfect!
I’ve been making Christmas cookies for years with my mom and I finally moved out and kept the tradition. It’s very easy to use and clean! And not hard to fit the cookie dough in!
