this indeed is the real thing. I buy it by the 25# sack and it last us for almost a year. I can feel the energy after eating it and last a lot longer than my fruit breakfast.

I use this to make multigrain bread since my partner has an egg sandwich every morning. I also cook it up for breakfast for myself once in awhile for a super easy breakfast. A couple min before it’s done I throw in some frozen fruit, and drizzle with milk and a little honey. It’s very tasty!I portion it out into sealed packages with my vacuum sealer and it keeps forever.

My friends thought I was crazy when I ordered this 25 lb bag, but we've just about now gotten though it and will be ordering another soon. We eat it 2-3 mornings a week, and my 6 month old son loves it too!

I ordered this, as I like the Bob's Red Mill cereals, and I had run out of my last batch. This was excellent value. However, the order was cancelled the day I ordered, followed by confusing messages to say it was undeliverable and had been returned. My credit went through the same day as the charge, so I have no idea what was wrong, I doubt it ever left the shelf in the warehouse.I'll try again soon!
