ProsThis power pack is absolutely superb. Powerful, easy to use, great level indicator, plenty of ports for my needs, strong, quicker than others to charge a mobile phone, easy instructions, etc.ConsNo through chargingOn the larger side so not a pocket fit. Maybe too large/heavy for a handbag.

I have had this for over a year. Still works fine. Charges 2 devices before requiring to be recharged. I have never let it go to zero so haven't tried three charges, so cant comment on this. Does take a long time to recharge though.

Im very happy with this product. I used it at a festival and did charge my phone 4-5 times from 0 to 100%. We bought same one few years ago and still working great. I recommend it 100%

This product lasts atleast 5-10 years. I brought this new one after I lost the same product from Xiaomi recently. I couldn't commend this product more.

Do not recommend this item. It's not 20000 mAh indeed as it charges phone 2 times only and then dies. Besides, one input doesn't work. Sadly have to return this item. Very disappointed as I thought Xiaomi is reliable brand.

Price was inflated (compared to my first purchase) , communication non existent and delivery date was missed by a few days. Having said that they were well packed and arrived safe and signed for.The batteries Fast charge our Samsung phone great (not all chargers I bought before could), great quality, build and capacity. The battery itself is highly recommended.
