I know this isn't marketed for use as a mechanics tool tray but I was looking for something that I could use in my garage that is movable and height adjustable to hold tools as I'm working. This works for that great! It's a great size, is very height adjustable so I can use it at hood height or while on a stool working on the brakes, has wheels to move around easily, and has a good tray size. I put drawer liner on the tray but it works well as is. If you're looking to keep your tools off the ground, this is a cost friendly choice.
