Q: how many chairs can you put on this rack

I have put 2 gravity type lounge chairs from Cabelas and 2 director type folding chairs on the rack with no problem. Just make sure you use more than a bungee strap to keep them from moving because the straps it comes with to secure your items only fits over 2 of the 4 chairs. Overall very happy with the rack.

Q: Does this work for a portable black water tote. If not is there anything that attaches to ladder that i can secure a rhino tote to my motorhome ladde

Yes I have used it to hang / attach 42 gl blue boy

Q: could you attach a folding walker?

I believe you can we hang a portable grey water tank and lawn chairs on ours

That might be a bit much depending on the thickness of the ladder. I put on two zero gravity chairs and a fold up beach chair. It's at it's limit at that point.
