Zenium has been amazing and very effective for me. I was on doctor prescribed anxiety medicine, but I don’t need it because of how calm Zenium makes me feel. I originally bought it to help me fall asleep, which it definitely helps with, and I would recommend using it for sleep. Zenium is more than that though, it helps me feel like I can manage my emotions, be a good mom and calm my testing anxiety. My husband takes it occasionally when he can’t sleep and he always says he sleeps really well. The product is well worth the price. I’ve bought it at least 6 times and I will keep buying it as long as they make it. The quality is always great. No issues with the seal on the bottle or the capsules. 5 star company!!

Great stuff! Ordered it to help me stop drinking, worked great with kudzu root. At five o’clock anxiety time! Also helps my husband sleep

I only write reviews for really great experiences or really bad. I’ve only taken this supplement (stress relief/tranquility) for a couple days and I am pleasantly surprised by how effective it is!! I have 2 small children (1&4) and need some stress relief during the day and it works very WELL!!! I have this overwhelming sense of peace and calm. What would normally severely irritate me, now after taking these, I let it roll off my shoulders and feel more carefree. I don’t let things affect me as much. Will be ordering again once I’m out! Highly recommend!

Very effective for reducing anxiety, but I don't recommend taking two the first time since it made me sleepy when I had things to get done.

I take 2 before bed with my Progesterone and Quicalm and off to sleep! Random 3am wake up- no problem- I take 2 more Zenium and Quicalm and back to sleep again. No more squirrel brain! Love Zenium! Highly recommended for perimenopausal sleep and anxiety/squirrel brain at night!! Thank you for such a wonderful product!!!

I think it helping making me feel less sad but the problem I got is a rash !! Which could be due to something in it that am allergic to ! I wish I could figure it out since there are many ingredients in it ?

Seems to work for my mood swings. Has a calming effect. Would definitely recommend.
