Repeat buyer. Smell is strong and herbal. I like it. If you don't like strong herbal smells don't buy. Works great for frozen shoulder and any other aches or pains you have. The trick is to put it on and don't take it off until it falls off. You have to take off the two adhesives. One on the sticker and one on the black part. I have used this on armpit, neck, trapezoid, knee, foot. Faster acting than hua tuo patches. I have sensitive skin and get a red reaction from using Band-Aids but if you put this on and leave it on until it falls off. Sleep with it at night. It generally comes off within two to three days and it is pretty much used up by then. People may expect some miracle cure but this definitely helps. Amazing item.

I have used similar products from Walmart and they worked well, these may or may not work I don’t know because the smell was so bad I couldn’t keep them on.

This stuff works.

The smell is overwhelming after being on for few minutes then u start tasting it. Can’t do it because it’s way to strong and makes this unpleasant. Others might be fine with it but it’s just not what I was looking for..

If you can get used to the strong herbal/menthol smell and are ok with it lingering on your clothing, then this is the right product.It definitely has helped with inflammation.

My swelling is slowing going down & the scent is therapeutic as well. I will say it's best to do a lymphatic massage in the problem area first, before applying the patch (this helps with draining it).Whoever came up with this patch deserves an award, it was not only helpful but genius to create something so natural & convenient. I also appreciate them taking time to create a remedy for lymphatic swelling, it's common but options for healing are limited. Thank you!
