Schizandra makes me feel jittery
No offense to the manufacturer, but for those of you who haven't tried schizandra before, it makes me feel kind of jittery. I don't like the effect. If you're unsure of how it might affect you, I would say try either rhodiola or schizandra first, but don't try them together until you've had them separately.
