how long will it take to thicken the hair

It does NOT grow hair! It (may) have made it look thicker, but I don't remember since I purchased it back in 2014. I just know that I never purchased it again.

When rinsing it out do you need to be careful that it doesn't come in contact with other areas? How long does it take to start seeing results?

When rinsing, I am not careful at all except for my eyes, which I am that way with regular shampoos. I saw slight results after a couple shampoos. But, I didn't use it consecutive days. My second shampoo was in about 4 days from the first time. Personally, I didn't see the results I was hoping for but after not using it for awhile, I know now that I saw a slightly thicker look than not using it. I can say.....it doesn't grow hair though!!!
