It mixes well with my coffee. There’s no taste to it and I’ve had it every day for about three weeks. I noticed that I’m more money regular. As a matter of fact, I go to the bathroom a few times in the day. It seems to keep my digestive track clear. No gas, no bloating. Which is what I wanted it to do.

This product takes away a stomach ache

I do not like fiber ‘mixes’ or pills. But this, has ZERO flavor and mixed into warm coffee and warm tea and does not change the taste or texture. Like anything, you have to be consistent in use to see result, but I can say that by being consistent, I had relief within a week.

Dissolves beautifully in warm water, I do use an electric whisk. Not gritty at all. I add collagen also and still smooth as can be. Yes, there was some bloating and gas the first day or two, but how to you get stuff working until you get the gunk out of your system for this product to work? Stay consistent. It’s worth it & a great flavorless way to consume more fiber.

Well it is the only one that has helped with my bloating! I have tried so many other well known brands trying to see what can help and none of the other ones did BUT THIS ONE. I was very skeptical because all the good comments scared me if this didn’t work I was already coming with high expectations but let me say… it helped. I’ve bought like 5 of them already and I don’t intend to stop using it if it’s going to really help my tummy. So, yes.. give it a try. It might work for you too! Good luck :)

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.

I order this pretty much every month. It dissolves easily & has no flavor so I just add it to my morning coffee. It is colorless and odorless & really does help if looking for an easy to take fiber and prebiotic. I've been using for a few years and am still happy with this product.

I decided to try this bc I read about the need to feed our good bacteria in order to help with thorough elimination and healthy gut function. I have tried so many products over the years. Some make you rush to the restroom and have issues for days. This product is the first one that feels nourishing and healthy. It is really gentle, but effective. I’ve had weak digestion my whole life and was not a premier baby (my mom thinks that is why). As a result of taking this I feel healthier in my tummy/gut. I now eliminate fully and easily each morning and maybe once or twice more throughout the day. I take it once in the morning on an empty tummy and mix one scoop with either cold or warm water. It’s slightly sweet and blends easily. I’ve added it to shakes as well but I prefer the results when I drink it plain, first thing. I highly recommend it. I’m only on my second container, but it’s still working perfectly for me. I traveled without it for a few days and noticed a difference and was happy to return home to use it again.
