We just opened this steamer to find out it does not work. Now I’ve got to figure out how the warranty works.

Stopped working in one month
Called the protection plan they cannot help they said called the manufacturer. Left a message. No call back.

Register for the warranty, just in case.
I've used this model steamer for over 30 years. It's a workhorse in our kitchen. Some last 3-4 years with heavy use. Some last under a year. Make sure you register your product for the warranty and keep your receipts. Nemco does not like to cover steamers bought from online resellers.
