I think this is one of the best supplements I have taken. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a marked increase in my energy level. I don't always remember to take the "noon" pill, but even then, I have an abundance of energy

What a great multivitamin! It’s got almost everything in it plus the kitchen sink. I don’t know what other ingredient someone could want in their multivitamin. Gives you a good boost – not a caffeine type energy, but rather, a constant and smooth type of healthy energy.

Didn't work so well for my system but it may for someone else.

Didn't get the results I expected.
Used them for +3 months, without any significant improvement. The list of ingredients looks amazing but it simply doesn't work for me. Also, I didn't like having to take 3 pills a day for 1 doze. Thought it would not bother me at first, but I rather get my dose of nutrients and vitaminsnall in one intake.
