This mount works great if you are using it for a tablet with a case on it. This is the second mount I bought, the first one could not hold my tablet with the case on it. This mount has no issues because it has larger gripping areas to hold the tablet. My only issue with it is that the material seems be fairly light plastic, would prefer it to made of material that is a bit more sturdier.

Update 4/14/2024:Company has great customer service and reached out after my initial review to send a couple extra of the knobs that broke. The new ones look a bit more beefy than the original one and if one breaks we have an extra. Recommend this product for the price and customer service. Thank you!Solid product other than the plastic know that tightens the mount in place. Cheap plastic that broke after a couple months of use. Pretty disappointed but it also wasn’t super expensive.

As the title states, I purchased this to use on my NordicTrack Treadmill with a Apple iPad Pro 12.9". I designed and 3d printed a base that this could easily mount into and have had no issues. As you can see in the photos it does old up to a 12.9" Gen 6 Apple iPad Pro with no issues.

I like this mount, it holds my iPad perfectly, it rotates without a problem and you can add an an extra light on the top if needed. Good piece of equipment to have.

This mount is one of the few ones that accommodates ipads with thick cases. This tripod mount has a tripod screw in two different places as well, for convenience, which was a nice plus.

Seems to grip camera and iPad fine but blue tooth remote is a piece of garbage. This item is way overpriced for what it is. Look elsewhere.

We have an Off Grid Cabin, and I make videos there.Up until now, I have been holding my iPad with one hand, and recording with the other.It has been a bit awkward, and a couple of times, I almost dropped the iPad!I didn't know you could GET a Tripod and Mount/Clamp for an iPad. I'm not sure what even made me look for one, if it existed, an ad for a camera store I think...So I looked, and I found a GOOD sturdy Tripod, but I thought the iPad Mount/Clamp it came with, was flimsy looking. (It was...)I ordered THIS iPad Mount/Clamp, separately, because it looked STURDY and STRONG.The information on some of the Mounts was confusing as well, and I wasn't even sure that my iPad would fit in some of them.THIS iPad Mount, was CLEAR in the information for the size of the iPad it can safely hold.My iPad 6 fits just fine, nice and secure, but with a bit of room to spare.It screws easily onto the Tripod I bought separately.There are TWO places on the Mount where you can attach it to the Tripod.You can see in the picture, there is a hinged part at the back of the Mount.You can attach the Mount to the Tripod here, or on the main base of the Mount.This allows you to swivel and pivot the Mount to just about any angle, for more versatile recording.I am VERY happy with this purchase. I trust this Mount to safely and securely hold my iPad,which is very valuable to me, and I would never use anything that I thought would allow my iPad to be damaged.I trust this Mount/Clamp to keep my iPad SAFE and SECURE!!Thank you!!

Excelente producto y buen precio

I was looking for a mount for my I Pad Mini so I could video my agility dog. I really liked the fact this one has a remote to turn on the camera from a distance. Loading up the App was easy (once I asked my younger family member to help me). It also fits my older tripod well.
