First up...It is on the bitter side. I mix approx 1 tsp in about 8 oz of hot water about every other day. If a bit of unfiltered raw honey is added, it takes the bitter edge off and it's not that bad. Still not a desert. I bought this for only 1 reason - health benefits. To say that I am the testimony of a person who at first did not believe in this at all, I could not believe that only with plant powder you could clean your hair, much less that it could look so good.
