Solid sandals for serious strollers of trails
I love these sandals. Mainly because the don't really look like sandals at first glance. I am a dad and may be rapidly approaching the 'clip-on sunglasses phase of my life but I am not willing to go quietly into the dark night that is...dad sandals (with or without socks). These are great for lots of reasons but here are a few.1.) There is no sweaty stripe across one's foot where straps cross. The entire upper is breathable yet sturdy.2.) They don't make any weird, rubber chicken in a torture chamber, noises when walking after they get wet.3.) They actually support one's feet. These have a legitimate some on them with arch support and stability not typically found in sandals.4.) All-day wear without blisters. The only downside this dad-bod-rockin reviewer has observed is that, once a small stone makes it's way inside the confines of the sandal, removing it is not as easy as with more conventional sandals. Also, there is the legend that, if one attempts to don these whilst wearing socks, one's feet will become hooves til the rising of the next full moon.

But they sure were comfortable when I tried them on
When I first saw these sandals in the store, I thought no way. I'm in my early 50's and thought I missed the window by probably 25 years. But they sure were comfortable when I tried them on. When I saw a decent price online I rolled the dice and bought a pair. They instantly became my go-to pair of sandals and I am considering a second pair in a different color. I never believe it when reviews state this, but honestly I have lost count of the number of people who have asked me about them. They usually say something along the lines of "I've never seen anything like those. They look comfortable." They're right on both counts. The sandals are exceptionally comfortable and keep your feet cool. In terms of comfort, it feels like you're wearing mesh socks.I have generally flat feet and take a 12.5 wide. I bought a 13 in these and they fit very well. There is some arch support, but not so much that it would make them unwearable for me. I wouldn't hike in them, but I don't hesitate to throw them on for a mile or two walk around the neighborhood with my wife or my dog. Really, really like these.

I'm In Ventilation Heaven - See Update if you wear Orthotics
I have love em. I l love a shoe that puts good air between my toes. Having one this cool looking only makes it better. I know I'm not an ambassador of cool, but they are still great.Considerations: Order 1/2 size up. They will stretch out a bit. but the 1/2 size up is still good. If you have orthotics, either wear them for a bit first or go a full size up. I took the first option. No regrets.1 year follow-up: I now wear them as my primary show for virtually all events. I love them as much now as when I first got them. The quality of them means I will continue to love them for at least a couple of years more. But I'll likely by a new pair before then anyway.UPDATE: I still love them. Alas, my orthotic needs require a larger shoe. I just repurchased a size higher (9.5) to accommodate this. This shoe does not have a separate, padded insole that can be removed to accommodate an orthotic insole without making size adjustments. So you have to consider a full size larger. Also, these shoes have an open heel which allows the orthotic to slip out. I solved that with some contact cement.

Best Sandal...Ever.
I got my first pair as a castoff from a family member that didn't want them, and I initially thought they were...awful ladylike. But they were remarkably comfortable and provided a bit more coverage than standard strap sandals without the inflexibility of leather mesh sandals. They became a near-daily wear last summer, and wore them with the brown/red/green shorts and shirts because they, themselves, were brown and red. So, I just bought another in all black to match a wider array of color combination -- and, even though it's still been pretty chilly 'round these parts, they've already become part of the regular rotation. They dry out real quick if you find yourself in the rain or step in a puddle in the aftermath. While they don't match the active support that Teva strapped ankle sandals do, like, I worry that rolling an ankle off a curb could be a thing, they're way more functional than any other flip flop or "water/street sock" I've ever tried. The pair I just bought is a size 10, but I can tell they'll up loosen a bit -- the first pair I received was size 10.5 and have a little more bottom surface/sole, which is nice, and they can always be cinched up a little. But, honestly, I could probably get away with wearing 9.5s, too, if that was all that was in stock in another color that I may end up buying.Thumbs up, A+, and keeping an eye out for which I should make my third pair.

Glad I got these instead of water shoes. Supportive, yet flexy.
Notably high quality. I was looking at water shoes, and I landed on these because of the thicker soles. The soles seem very comfortably supportive for my sore, busted feet and nearly-flat arches, yet is also very flexible and comfortable to walk in. I wanted something that I could use for playing by the water but on mixed ground with rocks, pavement, sand, sticks, and whatnot, and I wanted something durable. They don't dry quite as quickly as water shoes, but that's to be expected with the paracord-like cord that they're made of (the sole doesn't absorb any water and does dry quickly). These are really great - definitely of better quality then the $20-30 water shoes I was originally going to buy for this purpose. These are a really good example of "getting what you pay for" and will likely turn me into a repeat Keen customer (this was my first pair).

Amazing sandals!
My son has flat and wide feet! I have bought so many sandals that he has only worn a couple of times due to not being comfortable. I have bought him the most expensive one to give them away after to uses. This one are a keep. I bought a pair myself and as so comfortable that I talk him into getting him a pair. He has worn them to scout camps and he still has them. He has not complained of them being uncomfortable at all. And he can adjust the with to fit his foot. I just brought 1/2 a size bigger and it worked perfectly. Awesome product!

Perfect for city walking. Probably not for off road use.
This sandal was excellent footwear for city stroll on hot summer day. When I first saw it, I almost considered returning it as I thought it looked hideous. I'm glad I worn it though as it looks surprisingly nice on foot. By the second day, I was telling my partner it was more fashionable than her sandals :)This was by far the most comfortable sandals I've ever had. It fits snugly without being tight. It covers the foot yet hardly any sweat on foot. We walked for miles in hot Venice and I've had no blisters at all.I'm not sure I'd wear this on a rough terrain though. Due to the design, once a pebble gets inside it's impossible to get that pebble out of the sandal. I couldn't walk 10 yards on pebbly driveway without having to take it off. Grip is fine, it's far better than my crocks on wet rocks.

Do buy a half size larger size .
I like them, however, they did leave cuts my feet, I then wear socks with them and they did eventfully break in . I would suggest to anyone buying these sandals to go a half size larger it, I will buy again but one size larger, I am size 12 and they don't make sizes 12.5 so I must go 13,The pros are they do feel comfortable when broken in and are hard wearing and I like the feel of the cord holding the sandal next to my feet. they allow the passage of air tp circulate through and my feet feel cool on a hot day in Spain .cons, from time to time small stones slip throught the cords and can be irritating . you are better to buy a half size larger as breaking in these sandals is a months process with thin ankle socks .

Nice sandals but heel design need improvement.
These are nice sandals but my heel doesn't sit in the heel cup properly because the heel strap isn't adjustable and forces my foot forward, I need to be able to slacken it of to allow my foot to move backward. You can see from the picture in the advert that the heel part of the sole protrudes beyond the heel strap and sticks out quite a bit beyond the heel when worn.

Uneek experience
Alright guys, when I was purchasing Uneeks, I was looking for a shoeware, I can use in the water/moutains/desert... practically everywhere. To test them I went for:-Volcano hiking in Phillipines and canyoneering against the river stream in Jordan, rocks climbing in Petra and then dune walks in Wadi Rum desert. As for versatility and comfort I would rate them 9/10. Shoe allows plenty of air and dries up quickly. Its easy to remove any stones or sand from the shoes just by shaking your leg. The sole is antigrip so you can easily jump from rock to rock without being afraid of slipping (even wet surface)Only disadvantage of these shoes I can find, is that they are quite snug for my big feet (I even ordered half size up).Length wise they are ok, but the tongue of the sandals after longer period of time starts to irritiate me and gets the upper portion of foot sore.Design wise - hate it or love it. Got more positive feedback on them so far than negative. In conclusion - Very good sandals for adventures, order half size up

Best sandal ever but buy half a size large
Best sandal for a holiday - so comfortable to walk in I wore them both on the beach and while hiking. The corded upper looks great with casual or semi formal wear so saves you having to pack another pair of shoes for a semi formal event. Amazingly, the suede type material at the top doesnt get dirty even while hiking although the soles did catch quite a bit of dust. Easy enough to clean and the strap at the back is quite comfortable as well. The sole looks quite sturdy but only time will tell how long it can last. Buy half a size larger than your regular size though - these tend to run a bit small.
