I'm actually pretty disappointed. I live in Minnesota and lately the temperatures have been below freezing. The coat hardens up and crinkles. It's both uncomfortable and embarrassing. Every time I walk into a room from being outside, my coat is loud - I have to immediately take it off. It's also a bit big and bulky. Don't buy if you live in cold climates!

I wanted to try this coat out for a full ski season before reviewing. At the end of last ski season I was so so pleased. It is so warm, and I love all of the pockets. Then last week, my family and I stood out in 11 degree weather and wind for five hours for the coldest Macy's Thanksgiving Parade in New York history and man was I so happy I packed this coat for the trip. I was not cold at all. I am really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others for sure.

Windproof, waterproof, snow coat... Basically all the things that I needed in a coat for my September 2 week trip to Iceland, and this coat held up better to all those conditions better than I thought it would!During our vacation, it was mainly in 30's, with the warmest day being 45 degrees F. We basically saw every saw every weather condition from insanely strong, cold winds with heavy rain, to even a terrible snow storm - all of which, the coat preformed beautifully in. The coat never soaked through in the rain, unlike my husband's heavier coat he brought, it kept me very warm (almost too warm sometimes), and it held up to Iceland's infamous winds. In other words, this jacket took some serious weather abuse and I remained dry and warm the whole time!Overall, I really like the jacket and very happy with this purchase!It does run quite large and is quite bulky. I ordered a small, and if I had the option of ordering an x-small I probably would have given what other reviewers have said about the jacket's sizing, but I have the option of layering underneath with ease with the small so whatever... The jacket also has many features to keep the cold out, from snaps around the the waist inside the coat, to a glove-like sleeve with thumbs holes for your hands to seal in heat. There's several pockets throughout the coat as well.

I really love this coat. It's been VERY cold here in Ohio lately (negative degrees) and this coat keeps me warm, even with minimal layers underneath. I love the color and all the pockets. Best of all, the sleeves have thumb holes. I have two complaints I have about the coat. The first is that it is somewhat smaller than the sizing chart (if you're not a straight bodied individual). I'm a size 12 and pear shaped so I ordered a large. It fits but I did have to unbutton one of the inside elastic pieces to get it to fit comfortably around my hips. The other issue that I have (which I've seen complaints of on other reviews) is that it is way too easy to get the zipper tab caught in material if you're not careful/paying attention while zipping the coat up. I also have to pay attention when initially beginning the zipper as the insertion pin doesn't secure in the retainer box well enough without care being taken to make sure that it is securely inserted to prevent the zipper teeth from separating while zipping the coat up. Overall, I love this coat and it was a great purchase. I only spent $50 on it (Cyber Week sale) so I'm definitely getting my bang for my buck.

Stylish, warm, great quality. I'm 5'7, 120 lbs-a medium fit perfect for skiing with a couple layers underneath. If I was using it without layers, a medium would still fit but be slightly big. Length was perfect. Lots of pockets. Would buy it again without hesitation.

I love this brand because of the internal pockets and zippered pockets outside. I wore this jacket for about three hours with temperatures in the low forties, and it was almost too warm. I think this will be perfect for snowy days, and it's nice because you don't have to worry about carrying an umbrella. You can put the hood on loose over your head instead. The outside pockets are large enough to carry a water bottle. It does run large, but I like the extra space. I am in between sizes and went with the larger size. I could have easily stuck with the lower one, too. I wish they made this in a petite style because the arms are too long, but you can keep the wrists in place with the adjustment strap. The thumb holes on the right sleeve were not aligned, but I didn't consider this a deal breaker. You can easily fix this. The glove material seems to retain too much water, and it takes a long time to dry out so I'll probably tuck it in on rainy or snowy days. The tag says it is machine washable, and it laundered well. I was disappointed that this style doesn't come with a removable hood, but this one won out because of all the pockets and other features.

This jacket is definitely comfy and warm. The yoga-style “gloves” were better than I expected, although I did choose to put my hand completely through them a couple times when I didn’t want to use them. They are stretchy enough to do that. I love the color (teal), and the soft lining. Good pockets with zippers, and a useful hood that doesn’t fall over my eyes.Negatives: I agree with other reviewers that the plastic velcro-style straps at the wrist are flawed. I only wore this jacket 2-3 days and the left one is already not sticking. I think I’ll have to cut them off and just go without the ability to tighten up the sleeves at the wrist. I don’t feel like sewing on a fabric Velcro strip. Also, it had a chemical smell when it arrived. I hung it up unzipped in the garage for a few days and then the smell was barely noticeable.The positives definitely outweighs the negatives, and I feel it’s a good value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it.

I wore it in -22 weather and windy conditions with a decent sweater and i was warm! Love this jacketI ordered a small, this jacket for me is larger than I expected but I can fit a fluffy sweater under and have room to move comfortably.

I'm in LOVE with this jacket! Its beautiful comfy and super warm! This is the FIRST winter jacket I have EVER OWNED that doesnt bother my wrists!!!! It doesnt have the super tight elastic on the sleeve which for me someone battling carpal tunnel means everything! The fabric on the inside is so soft! Only thing I dont like is it cannot be machine washed which is a little inconvenient but minor considering all the positives!

Definitely bigger than the size advertised . But still great quality and will definitely hold up to Alberta weather . I bought both size L and XL and found that the XL is too big but I decided to keep that one in case I wanted to fit a bulkier sweater underneath . The L fits great but definitely no room for bulky sweaters underneath . I wish there almost was an in between size that would be perfect for me . But besides that the jacket looks great and has kept me toasty so far .

Love this coat, it is very pretty, fits great and seems really well made. it is nice and warm when the wind blows here. Now the rest of the family wants them!!

I ordered a size bigger so I could wear hoodies underneath. Be careful as sometimes the fabric on the zipper area can get stuck in the zipper. Fleece on the inside is great. Hasn’t got too cold here in BC Canada yet so not sure how it holds up in -20degrees.
