When received the faucet we did have a leaking problem but I contacted the company and they didn’t waste any time and sent us the part that was needed and has not leaked anymore. The customer service was awesome and I love my freestanding faucet for my tub. Would recommend .

This freestanding tub filler from Aolemi was purchased in spring of 2021 and was used and enjoyed until October of 2022. While I was out of town during the last week of October/first week of November the hot water line failed and leaked at the washer on the base, which then destroyed a good portion of the flooring under the bathtub. Before leaving I did notice some heat at the base of the drain on the floor but no water-I could not figure out the source. After removing the entire fixture the installer discovered that the washer/plastic area at the base of the hot water line was noticeably different in color and quality from the cold water area which may have caused only the hot water line to fail and leak.I contacted Aolemi with pictures, not expecting to get a reply, showing them the difference in the lines/bases and the damage the failure caused. Not only did they replace the fixture promptly, they refunded a portion of the price paid to help cover the cost of replacing the flooring. The replacement filler was definitely different, so I did believe there to be a quality issue that caused the first fixture to fail. Customer service at this company is stellar, and I appreciate their prompt response. Thank you Aolemi!I would have posted this sooner but it was only in the last few weeks that I was able to get the floor completely fixed and the replacement tub filler installed. So far so good. Hopefully I can update the quality rating to 5 stars after using it for awhile. Total cost to replace the flooring and reinstall the tub filler was $900, but not having to pay to replace it and the refunded portion did make a difference.First photo shows the difference between the washers (hot is on the left) on the first fixture, 2nd photo is the replacement tub filler reinstalled which was taken today. It is very elegant looking. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the replacement tub filler but the washers on both lines did not look the same as the original. Also, the hot water heater was at the recommended temperature.

The first faucet I got was defective. After contacting the company, they quickly determined the problem, and replaced my faucet with a brand new one within days. The new faucet works great and looks beautiful in my bathroom. Very happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. This faucet is beautiful and functional! Easy switch from neck to handheld sprayer, looks gorgeous! Love everything about it! Fast shipping, excellent product!

Water drips from the handle upon installing. Getting a replacement, hopefully will be fine. It’s a nice product but defective.UPDATE: Amazon sent a replacement and it worked out perfectly. No drip. I thought it was my installation but it wasn’t. Original item was in fact defective.

Faucet look nice only problem is sprayer hose is different color i order a brushes nickel and hose look like shiny chrome
