Use:When our team removed the computer stand in our shipping area, we needed an alternative to the desk organizer that was being removed. Our production team sets out jobs to be pulled by our warehouse department and needed plenty of slots to seperate out the jobs. I purchased these after reviewing them with our warehouse and production teams. Both groups were more than happy to give them a try.Pros:- Quality: These are very sturdy, especially when mounted to the wall. They feel as though they will hold up well over time.- Assembly: They are very easy to assemble and to hang on the wall with simple tools. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble and hang, most of that time spent making sure they were level.- Locations: Since these came with 2, you have 10 locations for files or what ever documents you plan on putting in them. Our old setup had 9, so having the extra made our team happy.- Cost: I looked over quite a few options before settling on these, trying to find a good deal. In my opinion, these are just about the best deal that you can get.Cons:- Size: There are 2 parts to this: 1) These are not too deep, so if you have a lot of files that need to stay together, you might have to use 2 spots. Some of our jobs are thicker than others, so they have to use another spot to lay them out. 2) These are really only made for 8.5x11" paper or something close to that size. If you are using anything larger than that, it won't fit without folding.- Label placards: Again, I have 2 observations with these: 1) The lower ones can be hard to see if they are mounted below shoulder height. The angle of the dividers makes it hard to see the labels on them. 2) If you are placing labels that are larger to make it easier to read, they may not fit on the placard. I had a few that went outside of the placard.Summary:Besides the few minor complaints that we had with these organizers, we are very happy with the purchase. Our teams have been using them for a couple weeks now and have liked having them wall mounted vs the table, and they really like the extra spot. This helped open up the work area for the guys using these files, allowing us to move other things they use into the work area, eliminating the need for them to walk to other areas. I am considering purchasing more for other areas.With that said, I highly recommend purchasing them.

My desk is pretty full bc it's on the smaller side. This keeps my client files and notes - as well as my planner/time keeper within easy reach. JUST what I was looking for!
