First case was cracked within a week. Bezal Service was great and sent me a new case and they asked if I would revise my rating. I did since I thought all was fixed, but the second case also cracked within another week. There are hairline cracks in the corners plus a big one. They had also said they would send me the new design case when it comes out at the same time they were sending the second case. Well I received the third case and it cracked within a week or two as well. What a waste of money. My last Spigen iPhone case lasted three years. My daughter is still using it. So This one is not worth the money.

Bought thIs product to be able to use wireless charging pad in my new Yukon. Bottom piece broke off within 2 weeks, leaving metal piece stuck in my phone. Had to use tweezers to remove. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase.******Update: Just hours after leaving above negative review, a customer service rep contacted me. She apologized for the defective item and offered to send me a free replacement and still issue a refund for the original purchase price. Good to know that someone is actually listening to our issues and complaints.I hope the original item was just a defective item. I will re-update when I receive the replacement case. Thanks Amazon!

This is a great case. I love the fact that it is Dual-Mode Qi and PMA charging. I have some Powermat chargers and Nokia FatBoy charging pads and it works with both of them. With the Powermat charging pads it lines right up and gets sucked into place by the magnet. If you have old charging pads, this is worth the price. The case also cleans up very nicely, being that it's white. I was working on my truck and got some garage grease and dirt on it. I took it off, cleaned with soap and water, dried it and it was back to looking like new.

Love this case! I would be careful if you order the white case. Mine started to get a bit discolored after about 4 months use. Outside of the discoloration, the case has held up very well. After contacting the company, they provided a full refund. Just ordered the case in black to replace the white one.

Didn't even make it 30 days before breaking the charger port. Used it only with wireless receiver and it still broke.They even read the review and offered a free charging base if I would change my review to a positive review. I wish I could give them worse then 1 star.Make a better connector and you won't need to bribe people to change the reviews

Works great. The only thing we did not like about this white one is that it seems to discolor quickly. The black cover I use looks and works great but my wife wanted the white charger and we have bought 2 but both did the same.

Works like a charm. Works well on my 2016 GMC Sierra and it works perfectly on a portable charging pad as well. I'd recommend the black over the white, however, as the white gets dirty fairly quickly. Alas now I'll probably lose the black one before the white one! :-)

It broke (the tab on the bottom that causes it to charge fell off) soon after I got it and it does not work now. But, it does protect my phone.
