This is LOVELY!

This is an excellent vinegar company! I've been buying their products for a few years now, and tried them all. Recently I ordered star 5 which is the strongest but when I opened the new bottle and tried it, there was something wrong with the taste in comparison to other bottles. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement in one day which has excellent taste. I can't thank them enough! and am so glad to get my bottle of special balsamic vinegar for the next few months. Salads are my favourite food, and this vinegar really takes my salads to the next level !! Highly recommended.

Very classy balsamic.

I use what I thought was a good Balsamic vinegar and then I did some research. The real stuff has a specific brand but it was just too expensive for me (around £90-100 and beyond. After reading reviews, I plumped on this and am so glad I did. It's difficult to describe but once you try it you'll understand it when I mean it has such a depth and complexity of flavour, it's fabulous. Not for cooking but for use when you're looking for something that's caramely, sweet, sharp, sour, savoury and rich. I can't wait until strawberry season again!
