Good bracket but missing hardware
I didn’t get the bolts needed to put it together but I some close laying around and finished the install only time will tell if it’s a good bracketUpdating review to a 5 star without them asking me to. I needed just the 2 bolts and they sent the whole kit. Now that is customer service.

Good quality, strong
These lost a star because the description didn't really say anything about where they would not be useful. I was installing a 9k minisplit on an old singlewide, and no way would these mounts be safe for a 3" wall. Best for 6" walls, concrete, modern construction. I returned them and poured a slab instead.
