Delivery as expected. No damage. Chair is great for sitting in front of a computer for long hours. Keeps your posture upright and reduces strain. Pricey but highly recommended.

I had a different office chair for many years. It works great, except I forgot to get a padded back for it (I wanted vented for better heat management). Any way, I have a choice of two chairs as needs demand. This Steelseries Gesture office chair offers some nice features such as shifting to support your back easily. The arms also move somewhat freely (although it is a bit awkward). The back support is the strongest aspect of this chair. The included wheels are a poor choice for the chair. They are small. It worked ok for several months, but as the seat post settled into the bottom, the spring clip on the cylinder scraps the floor and bent a tab out. Be wary of this, as it can mark up your floor. Fortunately for me, I was using it on short carpet. Also fortunate was that I had a box of Office Chair Wheels Black Replacement Rubber Chair casters for Hardwood Floors and Carpet, Set of 5, Heavy Duty Office Chair casters for Chairs to Replace Chair mats - Universal fit. These were suggested when I purchased the chair. I never got around to swapping them in, until today. These are the type of quality wheels that *should* have come with the chair. The wheels work on all floor types and are larger. The cylinder and clip are now clear of the floor. I expected more from a chair that costs this much. This is why the rating is set the way it is. I am also looking into solutions for my other chair. The seat padding on the Steelseries is not enough, unlike my other chair which has great seat padding. I am going to look for a padding that can be applied to the other chair. In summary, good to have choices. You never know what your body wants any given day. Pictures added showing the bent tab and how low the cylinder is with respect to the original wheels and the new wheels.

I was surprised that the chair came fully assembled! Rock solid, nothing wiggly, precision made. The best office chair I have ever purchased, and I've bought 6-8 of them over the years. It is also the most expensive office chair I have ever purchased, but I am confident it was money well spent.

I've had the chair since October 2023 and the chair has already broke for me. The chair sinks every time I sit down in it. That said, other than that, the chair is certainly comfortable. However, IMO at least, it is not actually$1,000 more than a $300 to $500 office chair.

The order was initially delayed. However, I did receive the chair and it was exactly as advertised. The chair is definitely helping with my back problems. I would recommend this chair.

Huge box, obviously taped by toddlers. Open it up and there's a chair not even MADE by Steelcase inside. Heavily used. I purposely purchased from the Steelcase store to ensure crap like this didn't happen.

This is a very solid, comfortable, and well built chair.
