Since I have very small wristS, I was glad to be able to make it smaller to fit my wrist.

I Would Recommend!
The media could not be loaded. I wore these a lot in college and in high school for lifting performance & I would say they are still as good now. I do sleep better and I would agree that It helps with balance as I am not covered in bruises from bumping/ falling into things. I would recommend!

Not bad, looks good though.
I needed something that would help me with my balance, came across this band. Looks good and the comfort is good. The price is good, and to put it together was easy to figure out. The size is easy to adjust. Let see how durable after a couple of weeks.

Not impressed.
Didn't feel anything cuase it kept coming loose. Not pleased with this bracelet.

Very good quality, exceeded my expectations.
Use the product daily to wear, and of course wear it to the gym. Very good quality, considering purchasing another one.
