I've used this product on a car engine and several riding mowers that were leaking oil. The degreaser didn't have a problem removing the grease and oil . Engine looks great after use. Sorry no before and after photo.

Review of Griot's Garage 11158 Engine Cleaner Gallon 128 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) @ $22.98 After reviewing several products of this nature, I opted to try this one. This is my first time using an engine cleaner. I purchased some of their engine bay dressing as well and have included before and after photos. The middle photo is after using just the cleaner but before the dressing. This was used on a 2002 Ford Taurus. It doesn’t have a lot of miles on it for the year (about 138,000), but the previous owners lived on a gravel road, and it was subjected to a lot of dirt and dust. It will then be used to clean my 2016 F150 that has only 81,000 miles on it, and I had plenty of product left to do this vehicle when I am ready. This appears to be made in the USA. They offer a 100% guarantee. Both are pluses to me. It arrived in good condition and intact with no leaking. It does not come with a spray bottle or any type of spraying mechanism. The ad on Amazon shows a Griot spray bottle, but none comes with this. This was a negative to me. This is NOT a concentrate that you mix with water to make it go farther. I suppose one could dilute it some on an engine that did not have much dirt, but I chose to use it full strength. I used an old gallon-sized home pest control bottle with a built-in pump sprayer to apply this product. The product is simple enough to use and applies easily. It says to spray it on, agitate and wipe clean. It dries quickly, especially on a windy day, so I had to re-spray some areas. I’m of the opinion that perhaps some Dawn dish soap mixed with water might have done as well, but I chose to try this since it is made specifically for this purpose. I will let the photos speak for themselves regarding the results. All in all, I am pleased. I deducted 1 star as I felt advertising a spray bottle with the name brand on it and not including it is misleading.

This stuff is amazing for making an engine bay look great. I cleaned up all my vehicle engine bays with it and followed with the engine bay dressing. Vehicles look like they just came off the showroom floor

Great product, I was disappointed when I went to use it someone had already punctured safety seal to use it but then returned it. They should check theses things before sending out
