Followed directions on back of cardboard insert that comes with pans exactly and used butter to grease pans (olive oil & spray are no nos, and no need for flour or paper), cooled layers on racks for exactly 10 min. then ran knife gently around edges, put rack on top of pan, turned over and voila! lifted pan off layers easily with no problem at all - left just a few crumbs in the pan bottoms - so easy to clean. so....Terrific cake pans - seem sturdy and well made in a pretty blue, too - Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  My dad got us the Blue Diamond cookware set some time ago & I love it! No matter what we cook, the pots and pans are always easy to spray off and wash. I never really have to scrub, the food seems to just come off easily.So, of course, I decided I have to get the bakeware set. I loveee it!! I’m so excited about the big tray, especially with Father’s Day coming up this weekend. I’m planning on making a gigantic one sheet meal for breakfast.My husband and I practiced our baked brie on the cookie sheet and it came out wonderful! The cook time was spot on and, as I expected, the pan was a breeze to clean off!I’d honestly recommend these Blue Diamond products to anyone!

Great pan for cakes, casseroles, even lasagna. The cost is reasonable, but well worth it. I've had this pan for a few months now, and it's a great pan. It's truly a non-stick pan. I brush on just a little bit of oil on the pan, but everything just comes right out with no problems. Occasionally, I'll have a little stuck on spot. I just soak it in water for a little while, and use a plastic scouring sponge on it, and it's as good as new.

Works as advertised . Just a little oil spray and no sticking and just the right size for a small meal.
