I used this to jump start my car this morning for the first time and I couldn’t be happier! My apartment parking lot was completely empty, so I couldn’t ask a neighbor for a jump and luckily with this I didn’t even need to. Nothing makes me feel more like a helpless little girl than car trouble, but the instructions were clear and setup was super easy, even for me. It comes with a little mini set of jumper cables that plug right into the unit, so you don’t have to depend on the kindness of strangers, which anyone who has ever seen an episode of Dateline can tell you isn’t a great idea on a poorly lit back country road. It does a little safety check when you first connect it to be sure you have the terminals set up correctly and make sure that the battery actually needs charging, and will flash at you depending on the situation. I got the green light right away and hopped in to try it. The car started up immediately and got me where I needed to go and back home with no issues! This also has a flood light and a red “help” light that flashes ‘SOS’ in Morse code, two standard USB charging ports, and can be used as an air compressor to inflate multiple different tires, balls, air mattresses, etc. and comes with tips for each. It also comes with a wall charger and a car charger for all your different needs. Right out of the box it was at about 60% charged. I plugged it in and after about 20-30 minutes, it was at 78%. The instructions do say it may take up to 9 hours to fully charge (I assume from 0%) and it needs to be at least at 50% charge in order to jump start your car, which is good to know. It is compact enough to keep it stored in the vehicle without it being too cumbersome, but I also got a case for it which has storage space for all the extra cords and cables, to keep everything together. It feels really solid, but not too heavy and is very portable. I honestly regret having waited so long to buy this, but I HIGHLY recommend it for everyone!

I have purchased one for each of our vehicles, and even given away as gifts. This has been such a help in emergency situations. Flat tire✔️ battery needs jumped✔️. This even prevents the issue of needing to have jumper cables, or trying to find someone to jump your car. My husband’s car wouldn’t start. He hooked it up to his truck, and after a few attempts the car still would not start. I said let’s try the HALO. Hook up was easy, and it started immediately!! Absolute POWERHOUSE! I have used it to jump 2 other cars and it still has 68% on the battery. It’s not bulky or heavy. Definitely a must have.

This is a very compact portable battery jump starter. It works well as long as you keep it charged. Even though I subscribe to AAA this comes in handy to jump off a car or a big tractor. those bulky old jumper cables are no longer needed. Also handy if house looses power to charge cell phones.

Works well, I like the 2 in 1 concept in case of emergencies. But there are certainly much cheaper products out there for a better value than this

We bought the Halo last year to charge our phones while at sports games. It charges our phones fast. Well, today when turning on our motorhome, it wouldn’t start. My husband used the Halo to jumpstart the motorhome. We were amazed that this small gadget charged the large battery of our motorhome.

I live alone and recently moved so don’t have a local support network yet. This thing has saved my butt on more than one occasion and is so easy to use. As other reviews have mentioned, the battery can get drained pretty fast when you use the air compressor, but I just make a habit of charging it after 2-3 uses. It does also get warm very quick when filling up so you’ll have to take breaks when the weather’s warmer. Also wish the cables were longer. But these are all minor things compared to the overall benefits it provides. For reference I bought this in 2024 and it’s still going strong. :)
