I was glad to find the copper on Amazon. I wanted it to support my immune system.

I never took copper supplements before, so I started with 2 pills the first 2 days.Then took 1 pill each day,After 7 days one can decrease the dose to 1 pill every 2 days, or 2 pills a week.There is enough copper in veggies, these supplement pills are good for giving a temporary boost.If you need a lot of supplements on a daily base, I would recommend multi vitamin supplements which have most trace metals and minerals included, for a more complete diet.I started out with copper, magnesium, zinc, etc....However the amount of tablets became too much.Instead now, I take all my necessary dietary supplements in one multi vitamin pill.These copper pills I will take once a blue moon whenever I take a break in my multi vitamin pills.I would recommend people to take only 1 to 2 pills a week of this.Most excess of copper will be excreted from the body anyway.One pill won't harm, but taking this every day, weeks on end, will only get more copper in hair, nails, skin and excreta.The body can do just fine with 1 pill a week as supplement.

Good product

I am deficient in most vitamins and heard that this is one like magnesium that is usually forgotten about. So far so good. Small and easy to take.
