This is my second bottle of this stuff, it's that good! I use it when I start to feel that tickle in my throat and I SWEAR it has prevented full blown illness for me many times. It tastes and looks horrible but for a quick 30 second gargle I can live with it. My little kid refuses it, but I can get the teen to use it. I will gargle 3-4x a day until my throat feels better. This is also great for when you're getting over an illness and have that tickle in your throat that won't go away.

This gargle is great for a sore throat, and for cleaning out a throat that is struggling with a cold or virus. You don't swallow it, which is good because it doesn't taste great, but I would buy again and again because I do think it helps. I find it to be a good value.

Not sure if it works, however my symptoms didnt worsen either- but be warned: it taste absolutely disgusting and leaves your mouth dryer than the sahara. I mean it is truly so gross. Block your nose and immediately “chase “ it with something pleasant(ideally something light and sugar free). Good luck hope you feel better.

When my sons started coughing, they took this for about two days, and their sore throat and throat discomfort improved. It is especially helpful at the early stage of a throat cold. The taste is not bad, so it is easy to take. I would recommend it.

Great product. I use it as soon as I get a sore throat, and often (not always, depending on when I use it) , the sore throat goes away and no colds or flu follow.

I have used this product twice now to prevent getting sick from close contact with sick individuals. It tastes absolutely disgusting even though it's supposed to be flavored, but hey, at least it's effective.
