Maybe not the best, but the best there is....
First off, I believe it is the largest display frame out there until today. That makes it attractive for the display of my artwork. I would like the screen to be more of a matte type of surface, not so shiny or glaring. It would be better for a more realistic presentation of even photos, not just art works. But, apart from that, I am quite happy with the frame. The app for uploading images is a little clumsy and it takes time to upload even twenty or so photos. But once there, they display as programmed. One can choose different ways to sort them, e.g., in folders, or just in one bulk folder, make it a sequential order or a random one, blend the photos out in a handful of different ways, too. I found that one has to decide what the orientation of the photos should be: if they are all landscaped and the frame is set up to display vertically, the picture format will size them to very small. Likewise, if it is set up for portrait mode, anything in landscape will be narrowed in display to the smaller dimension of the frame. I don't know why, but in landscape, the photos are slightly enlarged on display, such that one won't see the entire surface of the photo. Maybe in photos, this does not bother if the subjects are in the center, but for art work, where the entire surface matters, it is somewhat annoying to not see the entire surface of the work. I'd say about 20% are "subtracted" from display. I can make them appear by pinching the screen, but when released the magnification returns and about 20% disappear again into the frame. I have not found a way to address that yet. Also the other night, out of nowhere, there was a terribly loud screeching sound coming from the speakers. I had not changed anything or turned on its speaker system. After I pulled the plug and then turned it back on, this stopped. It has not done it again, so I assume it was a glitch. But, aside from the above, it works well. The sensor brings the display online as soon as there is movement in the room. I hung my frame on the wall and it looks nice there. I think there are no other frames with as many as or more/better options than this one out there. For me, it was worth buying. I have tried to do a remote upload by signing a friend into the frame, so that she could email upload photos of hers to my frame, but we have not been able to figure this out (just yet). It appears to be more difficult than the manual claims. To me that is not a big deal, but if one wanted to send photos of family from other places to this frame, it might be an issue. Direct transfer with the downloadable app, while being in front of the frame, works well enough, even though it could be improved. It is definitely worth its price.

As described, a few quirks I don't like but an excellent frame overall.
I love my digital frames. The last one lasted 5 months and it quit, Amazon refunded the money and I bought this one for a few dollars more. I've had about 6 frames so far, none lasted over 14months. If you get one I recommend the 2yr warranty. Asurion has paid off on several items I've bought over the years. This frame uses vphoto app, almost the same as Amoir. I don't like the way I can't resize the pictures by squeezing down to a custom size. It jumps sizes, not smooth. I like that it will play from both the SD card and internal at the same time. It will not mix videos and photos at the same time, I don't like that you can't backup all your pictures to the SD card when they are uploaded. You have to use the app to select all the photos then copy them over. Overall a nice frame, just be aware of the cons.

Set-up confusing, but once it's ready, very nice!
The setup of this thing is kind of counter-intuitive, but once you figure out what it is they are trying to get you to do, it runs nicely. It really has a big beautiful display and works very well. I actually love it now that I'm done cursing it while trying to set it up! HINT: If you can't get it to fire up, make sure your cords are plugged in well and into a wall socket. I had it plugged in to a USB port in a lamp and it could not get enough juice to fire up that way. I almost returned it thinking it was broken and thought to myself, "Well I'll just try plugging this in one more time," and used a wall outlet. VOILA!

Feature rich photo frame for the price range
I needed a replacement digital photo frame for my home office since the earlier one died after working for over a decade. This photo frame fits the budget, functional, and aesthetic requirements that I have so went with it. I've made it a point to review my purchases with the additional time on hand due to shelter in place, hoping it helps our Amazon community. Below is a summary of my likes/dislikes/wants.Likes1. It has a great resolution touchscreen and supports wi-fi.2. The feature to price ratio offered by the photo frame makes it a good buy when I shopped across other photo frames available (At the time of purchase, Amazon was offering a $30 coupon).3. It has a companion app for your phone, which can be paired to enable the sharing of photos from your phone. I use this option and love the fact that I can add photos of my children daily, which I couldn't do with my older photo frame as easily.4. The faux wood framing with a white mat insert photo frame makes it consistent with other photo frames that I have in the home office.5. This has a motion sensor, which means that it turns itself off when nobody's around, making it energy-efficient, and also extends the life of the LED screen helping with longevity (LED screens have a fixed number of hour lifespan, usually around 30-40k hours).6. This can be wall mounted in either portrait or landscape format. I'm planning to wall mount it and hence this was important to me, I've included a picture of what the back of the frame looks like.7. It has a built-in help/guide which comes in handy for initial setup and pairing to the phone app.Minor Dislikes/Wants1. As another reviewer has mentioned the initial setup takes a little while to get a hang of it, but nothing you can't figure out quickly. The built-in guide in the photo frame is helpful in this scenario.2. The photo frame is wall mountable, however, there isn't a groove to route the power cable at the back so that the frame can sit flush with the wall.

Major flaw - pictures wrongly rotated
I can't believe that. This device built to display pictures cannot display them with the correct rotation. I have another frame for half the price which doesn't have any issues with the same pictures. There is an option to change the rotation manually using the touch display, but only crazy person would spend time fixing rotation of half of the images. I am deeply disappointed!

Cracked and Broken!!!!
We were so excited to receive this frame as it was the glue that brought our family together. We are spread all over the world and this was going to be the connecting point. We received it and it has a crack in the middle of the screen and the screen is completely cyan. We are so disappointed and knowing how long it takes probably won't be able to get one before Christmas.

good purchase for good memory
It is of easy set up with good quality picture frame. The picture quality is also good enough. The only cons is that uploading speed is not very quick.
