I bought these to help with bloating after meals, and I’ve been really pleasantly surprised. They are small and very easy to swallow, unlike some huge capsules I’ve had before. I noticed a difference within a few days—my stomach just feels much calmer. They do have a strong minty smell when you open the packet (which is actually quite nice!), but no nasty reflux or aftertaste. A solid, natural option.

Absolute godsend! I've been using weight loss injections, unfortunately, they have a tendency to cause bloating and trapped wind, which can be very uncomfortable. A friend suggested I try peppermint oil, and I wasn't entirely expecting it to work, but it has been a lifesaver. I take a couple three times a day if I need it, and work quickly.

By advertising as 365 tablets and 200mg, you think you’re buying a year supply. What you’re actually buying is 50mg tablets and it says in small text to have 4 a day (hence the big 200mg on the bag). Anyway, the product is good and works well, I’m using to subside Mounjaro side effects and find that I don’t need 4 a day anyway thankfully.

Small and easy to swallow, and supplied in a refill bag at a reasonable cost what’s not to like.
