To reset the lights for a wifi connection do not use the remote to turn the lights off and on as instructed. You want to have the lights on and physically remove the black power adapter from the white box with the qr code. Removing and re inserting it 3 or 4 times will cause the lights to turn red and start blinking and it will be ready to connect.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent product, all over great! Super bright, long, easy to install. Comes with a remote but definitely use the Bluetooth. Take a picture of the QR code and done..app doesn't need any fussy setup. So many modes and settings I haven't even tried them all. Stick well on wall without damage and I was really surprised how easily they went up and yet I coukd reposition them. Great product, I've tried others that were cheaper butbthey were not worth it! Other lights just weren't bright enough.

You can’t actually connect the strings to make it 65 feet continuously. REALLY a dumb problem to have. This should be marked much differently. Lights are what you’d expect, remote is fine, adhesive is great. But this IS NOT 65 feet of string, it’s two unique and non-connectable strings of 30-something.

I would love to give this a 5 star review but I cannot connect the lights to the App and to colors on the remote control don't match up to the lights. The colors are completely random regardless of which color button I press. I didn't want to leave a review but I do not see anywhere to get help either. Hopefully they will contact me so I can have this rectified and I can edit this review.

I loved the way they went up smooth and simple and the adhesive was strong enough to stick but not damage the drywall. But even after plugging in a checking to make sure all of them work before placing on the wall. After they were installed it seems that the green color nodes are broken on two or three of LEDs on the whole strip not terrible but it does create an eye sore. For red and blue the Three LEDs will light up again and it looks amazing but for green they just shut off and are black. Not sure if this is an isolated issue or not! Also the pairing with the Tuya Smart app has terrible instructions. And got me nowhere to connecting them with my google home or phone as advertised. But luckily I found that when it says to turn off and on 3 times you don’t need to do that with the remote. but with the plug In wall I unplugged and replugged the power supply three times as instructed from the wall then the lights started to blink red and then the app finally recognized the lights underneath the strip lights (wifi) option. Hopefully this was helpful long review but it definitely frustrating not having a troubleshooting spot for these issues!

The media could not be loaded.  So I'm so disappointed in these. Wish I would have gone with some different ones. These don't work like others. If you press on the modes on the remote the light will only use the red color. It will not cycle through the different colors. So if I want to use flash mode it will only flash red. If I want to use strobe mode it will only strobe in red. The only mode that work are fade and smooth those will cycle through all the colors but you can't adjust the speed like others. So the "wifi" app remote sucks. You can only choose one color at a time. You Can't cycle through colors or control speeds, you can't choose any modes at all. All you can do is pick red, green,blue and supposedly "white witch really is a tint of blue in it and it's not white at all. And you can adjust brightness that is all. Very lame, and boring. I had better L.e.ds before that you can change through cycles of all the colors you can change speed and you can change modes and would work by cycling through all the colors not just red like these lame lights. Also to use the music mode you have to use your own personal phone to record sound.. wtf??? Others have it on the actual ir box and you don't need to use your phone, so that sucks as well. Also they came in a different box not shown on the description and the power cord was also different not like the one shown. So not sure if I got an old model or whats up. Sucks cus now if I have to return these I would have to peel them off my wall and the paint will com off, and they took me 4 hours just to hang them hook them up set up the wifi remote and app just to find out that they don't work as they should and both remotes suck the ir and wifi one smh.. Honestly I wouldn't go for these there's better ones out there. Save your money on these. Hard pass.

Adhesion was amazing. Simple install. Remote control is less spectacular. It's IR meaning you need line of sight to the box, which I have hidden out of sight so rough to use. Luckily there is an app to control with more options. I do not think the app gives you the strobe and flash options which my child really wants, but it does add music listening so that's nice.Attached are photos from a movie room where they are attached. They are fairly bright in a pitch black room, but I do not see them fairing well in a room with some other source of lighting. Definitely do add a nice accent though.New photos added from another order in purple room. The ceiling took an adapter to connect (easy once understood how to use them) and has consistent light levels on all areas around the ceiling. Headboard on the second port from wall. Works super well. A+

This product has great lume and adhesion. But I can’t connect and add the lights to the app so that I can control them or sync to music.Scanning the QR code in the app just redirects me to download the app again. The instructions are not physically possible to follow, as they say to press the reset button. But this product does not have a reset button. I’m not sure how other people are saying this is simple to install... maybe they gave me part of a different product.Update: they got in touch with me and now i’m able to control the lights via the app. thanks!

The product is good in terms of quality. And the App control is amazing, even though it's not compatible with Google Home.
