Better than white soy beans
I have been using these soy beans for a while now. They are much better than white soy beans in terms of the flavor. They also dont shed the skin like the white ones which makes it easier to cook. Best preparation I've found is simply preparing them like rajma.

Unable to soak, it's most likely a very old merch(many month or even years) , and it has gone bad. Straight to the trash - DON'T BUY IT!
