Like dried herbs and/or flower that you don’t want to try too dry during the winter months. I have a wood stove, and it makes the air so dry I thought my various jars of dried flower were done for, everything had become so dry it crumbled into dust with barely any pressure.However, I took a chance on these given I hadn’t much to lose, and after soaking one of these in water for 20 minutes, patting dry with a paper towel, and leaving in one of the jars for a few hours, it was restored to magnificently soft and sticky but still entirely “dry.”One important thing to bear in mind: you do *not* want this touching your herb / flower / product - unless it is brown sugar, in which case go ahead and bury these bad toys in it 😂 - because it will impart too much moisture all at once and to only whatever is immediately touching it; I recommend getting a piece of foil or something and partially wrapping each of these so that part of it is open to the air in the container to diffuse moisture with any part in danger of touching herb / flower is covered by the foil (see photo). And that’s tied to the reason I only gave this four stars, which is that they are harder to put into small-ish containers due to the ridiculous leaf shape.

These will fit into smaller containers. The larger ones, will not.

I bought these because they are small enough to put in my smaller canisters and salt shaker. I just want to say I am very impressed with their ability to keep my salt dry! I live in a humid environment ant have battled the salt problem for years.

Used these in my cookie tins this year . They worked out well. A bit smaller then I thought they would be . Did buy more as christmas gifts

I was hoping these would be larger, will be reordering larger ones. Return was handled promptly!

They are small, which I expected because I read the reviews before I bought them, but it also makes them quite thin. I am always gentle with them because they seem too fragile and I don't want them to break and leave shards in my sugar.Because of the size and need to use many in a dish, they keep getting scooped up with the sugar and need to be fished out of the scoop and put back in the jar.They seem to soak up the colour of the brown sugar. The sugar around the top of the jar turns white and the leaves get dark patches on them. This doesn't happen with my old discs and I've switched back because something about leeching properties and food makes it suspect.

Smaller than I was anticipating, and definitely requires more than one in a standard size bag of sugar! Only downside is size versus cost. They do what they say they will do - just on a small scale.

Je suis mitigée car sur la boîte il est écrit de faire tremper la feuille sans l'eau et de le mettre dans de pot ensuite. Ce que j'ai fait malgré que la terre cuite doit aspirer l'humidité et non en créer. Comme je le croyais, le sel d'ail a figé. Donc je ne les ferai plus tremper.
