They seem like the bands might break when stretched, we'll find out since I haven't used them yet. Another item made in China, too bad they aren't made in the United States!

The price is low and these bands make it easy to hook on and around things, making them very useful. I've gotten some good use out of them over the past 5 months. But just know that they are light-duty bands. If you are really stretching them, be sure to use multiple bands. I first broke the black band since it was supposedly the strongest. But I quickly learned to use multiple and still broke two of them when using 3 at a time. So you might need to use 4 or 5 at a time if you're really pulling hard. They break at the bond for the hook--that appears to be the weak point.

The tube resistances seem accurate. I like the way I can interchange the end pieces easily to configure the exercise in different ways. I was a little worried about the length of the tubes, but it's not an issue. Love the hand pieces.
