The fiber tabs work as advertised. They seem to work just like the high dollar OEM brands. They are easy to swallow and there is no annoying burbs from them, they are tasteless! Overall a great value for a big bottle.

I am excited to find these tablets, I have diverticulitis and must take 2 fiber tablets a day. Locally I am only able to find bottles of 140 tables so I have to go pick up a bottle every two months. Sometimes the store is out of the tablets and I have to purchase capsules. The capsules don't seem to work as well for me so I am excited to find this on Amazon, 500 tablets for about the same price as 140 here and I don't have to take a chance that they don't have them in stock at the local store when I need them. Win/win! I highly recommend this product.
