This is the second order of these specific thumb drives because the first order was SO GOOD! Stable. Roomy. Reliable. Longevity. Never had one fail yet and it's been a few years now, and we use these exclusively all the time. Great price point too.

I knew what I was buying when I purchased these. I was not looking for fast write speeds. I was buying these to store and move files from older pc's, which can't handle anything over usb 2.0 to begin with. These will not work in sewing machines, which they were not purchased for that, but I needed to move a file over to the wife's sewing machine, and these will not work with it. I'm guess, they will not work with a lot of other stuff, besides pcs. So, if you're looking for a drive to transfer files to different types of hardware, other than pc's. I think I would pass on these.

Tried on 2 different Windows XP systems. Both said couldn't access it.
