My son seemed to like these more than the regular ones, he never really had colic or much spit up. I used these in addition to nursing without any issues

Note that these do not fit properly in the bottles that came with centered nipples. I was not aware that these use a different bottle style when I bought them.

Baby was refusing to take bottle until we changed the nipple to this size and he took it & was actually happy to drink out of his bottle again. It turns out the nipple we continued to use was the wrong size & he was frustrated because it was not flowing well enough.
