GM Genuine Parts 15724745 Transfer Case Adapter

Worked great

Extension adaptor mounted perfectly from my 4L80E transmission to my NP263HD transfer case I rebuilt. Quality seemed equivalent to the oem one I replaced while rebuilding the transfer case. I changed out the output shaft seal on the transmission which is easy to do if you take your time, and use care not to lose the C-clip when removing it from the back of the transmission. Although the match chart here on Amazon said this part would not fit my application, it fit perfectly so please make sure to check several references on sizing before making your purchase. Perfect match for me 4l80e transmission to bolt up to my factory chevy 1500 1/2 Ton 246 transfer case. You will need this to do the swap and to keep your factory transfer case.

Nice lightweight alternative to my heavy cast iron predecessor very wide bolt pattern but perfect for the original mount. Item was brand new in the box
