Used one of the tubes in automotive AC evaporator.....works very well.
I used one of the copper tubes for my temperature probe for an automotive evaporator.Seems even though companies manufacture a part that fits your car, it actually won't function properly unless you modify it. That is what I did with one of the copper tubes. The new evaporator was not made to accommodate the temperature probe of the AC system. What an oversight.Using my old evaporator as reference, I drilled a hole through the fins of the new evaporator and inserted this tube in the hole. The temperature probe fits in the 3mm copper tube perfectly. And now I have a perfect replacement for the original 36 year old evaporator.

Decent quality, easy to store all nested inside each other.
These are nice quality tubing for hobby and crafts. I haven't tried any complex bending yet, but it cuts well and I have done a slight bend and some flaring and it takes that well.

Fantastic for guitar and bass
I used these for the wiring channels between my pickups, control, battery box, and bridge cavities. I soldered the ends to the shielding, then ran an extra ground wire through them and soldered those ends as well for redundancy. Be sure to use a copper rod cutter rather than sawing so you don't end up with metal dust everywhere.
