A couple dashes of Grapefruit Bitters in a gin or vodka martini is so good and flavorful!

I am on a quest for the perfect hoppy additive to put in my sparkling water to make something approximating hop water. Tried another brand recently and was completely underwhelmed. This one brought the aromatics for sure. Now, when I mixed it in there was a flavor difference, but the scent was more powerful with the inital drop rather than after the mix. That said, all I had was seltzer, as all my other sparkling waters were flavored already. So that might have had something to do with the difference. I will also say the bottle was a generous size for the typical price of such items, and I do like that the brand has such a flavor range of unusual options.

Not overpowering, and forgiving if you accidentally put an extra bit in. Tastes wonderful, I use this regularly for old fashions.

The Tear Dropper is a bit confusing your first time, but these are simply delicious. The aroma hits you right off the bat when you open the bottle. The aromatic hops go wonderfully with grapefruit, and these bitters are awesome in a Sawyer, Mojito, or Daiquiri. It is a strange combination, but it really works. Try these!

Great for tequila and mezcal cocktails. Could even have a place in sangrias. I'm really enjoying trying it out in various recipes.

I bought the Bittermen's hopped grapefruit bitters for my sister and brother-in-law as a Christmas gift. I haven't tried the product myself, but they have been raving about how nicely the bitters enhance a gin and tonic or a reposado cocktail.
