Favorite loaf pan
I wanted a loaf pan that’s a bit longer and narrower than the standard size, both to produce smaller, snack-size pieces and to provide more even baking (avoiding the choice between a soggy middle and overcooked edges). This one fit the bill and produced a perfect first loaf with a slightly reduced baking time. It is my second Peugeot Appolia piece, the quality is excellent and I appreciate the small handles.

I absolutely love this baking dish. I bake rye bread in it and it comes out evenly baked in a very attractive form. I think it's an investment and must-have if you like to bake.
