Great mushrooms, great taste!
Great mushrooms. Great taste. Hydrated them in chicken broth and sautéed them with onions, sherry and cream.Perfect cream mushroom sauce for filet steaks.

Don't see what the big hoopla is about them
Taste like regular mushrooms don't see what the big deal is and why everybody claims they're so delicious rather have regular mushrooms or straw mushrooms just me

Good flavor, little grit
My grandma used to pick these in the German woods when I was a child. These have a good flavor and little grit. However, perhaps because of shipping and being tossed around in the delivery truck, these had broken pieces and crumbles.

Chanterelles? Not...
I couldn't find fresh chanterelles anywhere in my area, so tried these. They are gritty and they do not have any flavor.

They are ok, not good as fresh ones. They are very meaty, which I really like. It just wasn't as good as fresh chanterelles.
