Excellent taste for a very low sugar bar. Good consistency... easily chewed.

I'm a big fan of these and have ordered them multiple times. This last version of the bars is softer than it's been and I'm a little conflicted about that as I really liked the "bite" these bars used to have but this softer version lacks none of the flavor. Also appreciate the box used to ship these, all details matters!

I have tried all of the flavours and find them tasty. Handy to take out & about with you as they are individually wrapped. These bars are not overly sweet which I like (I'm trying to reduce my sweet tooth) and they are not stuffed full of artifical sweetners which can raise your insulin levels. Also they don't contain erythyrol which my stomach cannot tolerate. I've knocked a star off as they are expensive but then what keto products are not?

I rarely write reviews on here, but I had to warn other potential buyers that these bars are utterly disgusting. The 'flavours' are so mild, that they do nothing to mask the stodgy, gelatinous lump of what I can only imagine is solidified wallpaper paste, mixed with a smidge of cement, then rolled in a fetid, stagnant swamp and packaged up for human consumption. I have two dogs, one of which literally eats his own faeces, but even they wouldn't eat a piece and I think they are both currently researching how to become unadopted.

They don't taste good at all and I usually like coconut, they taste very oily and the oil taste is quite overwheming, however I guess this is just a matter of personal taste, as a keto product they are good, but I prefer the other two flavours

These bars are one of my go to after lunch treats with a coffee after lunch.Very good again for a former pre diabetic.However I must point out that my latest order which should have consisted of three choices came with only two, there were no coconut variety! I wanted to try the coconut as i’d not had them before. I will however be ordering more in the future.

I am on a Keto diet to control my blood sugar. I have found that these bars don't raise my blood sugar much, so I tend to eat them as a snack in the afternoon. They have an interesting flavour.
